Venue and dates

JDP 2013 (scientific sessions, posters viewing, CME sessions, industry exhibition) will take place from 10 to 14 December 2013 at the Palais des Congrès (Paris Convention Centre).2, place de la Porte Maillot – 75017 Paris
It is easily accessible by car (Parking Porte Maillot under the Convention Centre), by local city bus (lines: 82.73.43.244.PC), by metro (line 1) or by RER (Paris Suburban Express Metropolitan Network, line C).

On site welcome desks

The congress secretariat (welcome area, registration desks) will be located on Level 3, Hall Havane (Neuilly side).
Opening hours:
- from Tuesday 10 December to Friday 13 December 2013 : 8:00 – 18:00
- on Saturday 14 December 2013 : 8:00 – 12:00 (level 0,5).
The congress documentation will be available there for pre-registered delegates and for anyone wishing to register on site.
Upon registration, an electronic badge confirmation will be sent to you containing a bar code. Do not forget to print this page and bring it with you to the congress. You will have to scan the bar code and your badge will be printed automatically.


Lunches and Coffee breaks

Lunches and coffee breaks are NOT included in the registration fees. Within the venue and in its surroundings there are several options for restaurants and food outlets.

 

Important information

Registered participants have free access to the following sessions: oral communications, posters discussion and poster viewing, plenaries and Quoi de neuf.
Sessions such as FMC, workshops and forums have a limited number of seats and must be pre-booked (see programme). Some of these sessions are subject to an additional fee.

 
Insurance & Liability

The Congress Organisers (SFD and MCI) cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.
The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions.
The Congress Organisers strongly recommend that participants obtain adequate cover for cancellation travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.
The Congress Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants either during or as a result of the Congress or during all events.
